Freedom with Free Market

Economically, libertarians put their hope in the free market instead of the government. We believe that the government should leave people to do what they will and in the midst of the freedom of spontaneous choice there will come a prosperous society. Quality employees get paid well for their skills because they add value to the company. The free market allows people to put themselves out there for other companies to snatch them up for more adequate pay.
So if somebody wants to be able to make more money than they can learn skills and get more experience in any given field or industry and that will make them more valuable. Yes, upfront they might have to use money but they could do loans and get scholarships. Since they will make more money they can pay that off. How do you think doctors and lawyers logically justify the amount they spend on school? They know they will make it back ten-fold. In the short term they lose money, but they outpace it in the long term.
